Actor Yoo Seung Ho is currently receiving many favorable reviews for his acting in MBC TV’s drama series
Missing You as a scary psychopath.
In the fifteenth episode of the series, which aired on December 28,
Harry (played by Yoo Seung Ho) asks Soo Ha, who is under his command, to
bring Soo Yeon (played by Yoon Eun Hye) to him even if he has to kill
her to do so.
This is the first evil role Yoo plays. Harry is a person who takes
revenge with a smiling face. He shows a romantic side when he says to
Soo Yeon, “You’re the only one I need,” but he also shows an ambivalent
attitude toward Soo Yeon when he says, “If I cannot have her, I’m going
to kill her.”
The role of Harry, who never loses his reason even when taking
revenge, seemed too much for Yoo to play at first because he was still
twenty years old. It’s true that he seemed and spoke too young in the
beginning of the series, but his acting has improved as the character
has gradually developed
Harry tries to take revenge on Han Tae Jun (played by Han Jin Hee), a
father of his stepbrother Han Jung Woo, for killing his mother and
ruining his childhood. He takes revenge quietly and carefully. Yoo seems
scary when he intentionally throws a dead body of Kang Sang Cheol in
front of Han Jung Woo in order to make him investigate his father’s
corruption.
Yoo didn’t receive a lot of attention at first because of JYJ’s Yoo
Chun and Yoon Eun Hye. However, as the story revolves around revenge and
murder, Yoo is receiving a lot of attention for playing the role of the
Joker who deceives and controls everyone.
As the role of Harry becomes a bigger part of the series, the story
is getting more interesting. Walking with a cane and controlling
everyone behind, he’s as scary as Kaiser. More viewers are now paying
attention to Yoo’s acting.
