A Pink’s Eunji is cast in a melodrama series, Wind Blows in Winter

 A-Pink’s Eunji will appear in a new drama series, Wind Blows in Winter, written by Noh Hee Kyung.
Having received favorable reviews for her acting through the drama series Answer to 1997, Eunji plays the role of Moon Hee Sun, a younger sister of Moon Hee Joo, the first love of Oh Soo (played by Jo In Sung). Moon Hee Sun is a tomboy who likes flowers. She tries to hate Oh Soo, who leaves her sister, but she can’t.
A spokesperson for the series says, “Eunji has recently decided to appear in the series Wind Blows in Winter. We’re sure she will be able to give a boost to the series as she did to Answer to 1997.”
Eunji says, “I’m so honored to appear in a drama series written by the best writer in Korea and work with great actors and director. Thanks to you all for loving Answer to 1997, I’ll also try my best in the new drama series. Please give me your interest and love.”
Wind Blows in Winter is a story about a gambler who lives a meaningless life after getting abandoned by his parents and failing his first love. In order to pay his debt, he starts to live with a rich girl. However, he falls in love with the girl, who is also as lonely as him. It will soon start shooting.

A preview of The King of Dramas is released

A preview of SBS TV’s new drama series The King of Dramas is attracting a lot of attention with the distinctive three characters of the series.
The preview aired right after the previous episode of SBS TV’s drama series Faith ended. The preview shows three main characters of the series, Anthony Kim (played by Kim Myung Min), a legendary drama producer who says the drama business is so harsh that people in the business even have to give up on their life with family, Lee Go Eun (played by Jung Ryeo Won), a writer who says an assistant writer should also be respected, and Kang Hyun Min (played by Super Junior’s Siwon), a ruthless top celebrity holding a toy gun.

SBS MTV Diary to end with an all-night party with BtoB, My Name and VIXX

After watching fun and exciting episodes of K-Pop boy groups’ lives behind the scene, SBS MTV Diary will be bidding goodbyes to its viewers this week. The announcement came from the show’s official Twitter account last October 22^nd stating that the last two episodes will be this Wednesday and Thursday (Oct. 24-25).





As the show comes to end, viewers can expect one last blast of fun and excitement for the last special episodes. Altogether, BtoB, My Name and VIXX will be having an “All-night Party” of games, challenges, questions from fans, stories about their experiences while filming for the Diary and more and more surprises. JJ Project will also have a special appearance during the episode, so make sure your TVs are set to SBS MTV at 4pm (KST).



The boys could not contain their sadness when they realized that they were taping for the last episode. Minhyuk of BtoB told our reporter that the show helped them a lot as newbies in the industry especially in honing their reactions in front of the camera. Ken of VIXX added that it was already a habit for them to film something for Diary, so it seems strange that they will not be doing it anymore.  Aside from the three groups mentioned above, boy group C-Clown is also part of the program.

Block B’s Zico and P.O will emcee The Show

Block B’s Zico and P.O will emcee a music show.
According to their agency, Stardom Entertainment, on October 23, Zico and P.O emcee’d SBS MTV’s The Show on October 22.
The two members said, “We were so happy to hear that we would emcee the show. Since we returned to performing after a long time, the news made us even more happy. We will do our best for the fans.”
The Show is a new music show, in which popular singers give various performances with various themes.
BTOB’s Min Hyuk and Sung Jae, Secret’s Hyo Seong and f(x)’s Luna, and B.A.P’s Him Chan and Girl’s Day’s Hye Ri were post MCs for the show.

B.A.P recently ranked in the top ten of the charts with their new song.
As of 10 a.m. on October 24, B.A.P is ranking third on the Bugs Music Real-time Chart with their third single, “Don’t Do It.” The song is ranking tenth on Mnet and Olleh Music Real-time Charts. B.A.P are the only male idol group to rank in the top ten of the charts. The group is ranking thirteenth on Melon Real-time Chart.
“Don’t Do It” is B.A.P’s fifth song to promote after “Warrior,” “Power,” “No Mercy,” and “Crash.” It’s composed by Double-side Kick and Kim Hee Won. They recreated the music style from the 90s in a stylish way.
All six members of B.A.P dyed their hair blond, planning to show off a charismatic look.
B.A.P’s fan club will hold its inauguration ceremony on October 27 at Korea University, and B.A.P will hold a small concert for over 4,000 fans, who will attend the ceremony.

Maru (played by Song Joong Ki) and Eun Gi (played by Moon Chae Won) faces a crisis in KBS 2TV’s drama series Nice Guy.
In the last episode, Maru and Eun Gi have a date at the beach. In the 13th episode of the series, which will air on October 24, Eun Gi collapses, suffering from the memories brought back to her.

TVXQ recently attracted attention by saying they once made food for their girlfriends.

Super Junior’s Donghae does a photo shoot with Park Keun Hyung

Two actors from the drama series Panda and Hedgehog recently did a photo shoot together for GQ Korea.
The 27-year-old actor & singer Lee Donghae and the 72-year-old actor Park Keun Hyung were somewhat alike yet different. In the interview with GQ Korea, Donghae called Park grandfather as he used to call him in the drama series.
At the first read-through of the series, Donghae surprised all other actors by asking Park to teach him how to act, saying he didn’t understand his character at all.
Impressed by Donghae’s passion for acting, Park gave some advice to him.
Despite their age gap, they showed off their friendship and distinctive personalities in the pictorial.
