Sun Ye of the Wonder Girls will marry on January 26 next year.

Sun Ye’s groom-to-be is a man who is already well-known to the public as Sun Ye’s boyfriend. Since they met for the first time in Haiti during their volunteer work, they have dated for nearly two years.

On November 27, JYP Entertainment, Sun Ye’s agency, reported, “Sun Ye, who has led the Wonder Girls for six years since 2007, recently told the members and us that she would like to get married soon. We all understand that her decision has been made after careful consideration, so we respect that.”

The agency also said, “Sun Ye will focus on her wedding and family for a while.”

The other members of the Wonder Girls will work individually, acting, producing, releasing solo albums, and appearing on variety shows.
