Kim Hyun Joong’s fans say, “We want to see his new series on KBS”

Many fans of Hallyu star Kim Hyun Joong are showing support to have his TV series City Conquest produced in Korea too.
The series started shooting in July in Japan, and actors including Kim promoted the series with the director at the Budokan for four days. They brought the series to Korea in September, getting writers on board to do a Korean version of the original comic. They are currently busy writing scripts, and the production crew are preparing to start shooting.
Fans from Korea, China, and Japan support the series and have been tweeting, “We want City Conquest on KBS.” This shows that the series is already receiving considerable attention internationally.

People say: “I can’t forget the short piece that they shot in Japan. Please air it!” “I really want to see the series on KBS.” “The series will be a hit.” “Everyone is waiting for the series. Please air it soon.”
The series has earned around 10 billion won by casting Kim and selling its copyright abroad. It is based on the comic of the same title about a boy trying to get revenge against the evil that destroyed his family.
Demonstrations of support for airing the series on KBS are expected to spread throughout the Internet.
