G.Na boldly declares to her boss, “I’m going to see a guy today”

Recently, singer G.Na clearly expressed her positive attitude about dating.
In the ninth episode of tvN’s The Romantic & Idol 2 which is to air on January 6, G.Na talks on the phone with her boss just before having her first blind-date. She seems very enthusiastic that she may be ready to start a relationship right away when she tells him, “I’m going to see a guy today!”
Through the process called “preference shuffling,” those with similar preferences or tastes are set up on a blind date. Also, each person has to text about his or her true feelings for the given date to the production crew every night.
On her way to her blind date, G.Na reveals her excitement as she states, “One of my songs talks about excitement just before a blind date. I didn’t know what it really feels like back then, but now I can truly empathize with my song.” By repeatedly asking the production crew, “Do I look okay?” the singer represents an ordinary girl who wants to look good for her date which adds more reality to the show.
It is later said that the staff were also surprised at G.Na’s bold declaration about dating and expression of excitement to her boss.
In the meantime, The Romantic & Idol is a dating trip for the top eight idols of Korea that lasts for four nights in Jeju Island without having their managers or script around. It airs every Sunday at 7:40 p.m.
