Miss A’s Suzy sends New Year greetings to prospective viewers of Medical Novel

Miss A’s Suzy, who will play the role of Dam Yeo Wool in MBC TV’s new historical drama series Medical Novel, recently sent New Year greetings to viewers.
In the picture of herself recently released, Suzy is holding a script of Medical Novel with the handwritten message, “Happy New Year,” and her autograph on. She also wrote, “Go, Medical Novel,” under her autograph, showing affection for her new drama series.
Suzy has appealed to many people through such drama series as Dream High and Big and the film Architecture 101. In 2013, she will work with Lee Seung Gi on Medical Novel. It’s her first historical drama series and her first drama series airing on MBC TV.
Suzy will play the role of Dam Yeo Wool, who is good at martial arts and archery, in the series. Dam Yeo Wool is a girl who follows the three fundamental principles and the five moral disciplines in human relations. With her talent in martial arts, she becomes a martial arts trainer at an early age.
Medical Novel is directed by Shin Woo Cheol, who also directed Gentleman’s Dignity, Secret Garden, Lovers in Prague, and Lovers in Paris, and written by Kang Eun Kyung, who also wrote Glory Jae In and The King of Baking, Kim Tak Goo. It stars Lee Seung GI, Miss A’s Suzy, Lee Sung Jae, Lee Yeon Hee, Choi Jin Hyuk, Jung Hye Young, Uhm Hyo Seob, Yoo Yeon Suk, Lee Yu Bi, and Kim Hee Won and will start airing in April after Horse Healer goes off the air.
