Yoo Seung Ho is cast in the lead role in Missing You

Yoo Seung Ho has recently been cast in the lead role in MBC TV’s new drama series Missing You.

On October 22, a spokesperson for the series reported that Yoo has recently been cast in the series after Yeo Jin Goo, Kim So Hyun, JYJ’s Yoo Chun, and Yoon Eun Hye were cast. Yoo will play the role of Kang Hyung Jun in the series. 

Kang Hyung Jun is a cold-hearted, charismatic fund manager, who tries to take revenge on Han Jung Woo (played by JYJ’s Yoo Chun).

The spokesperson said, “Yoo Sung Ho, who has been acknowledged as a great actor, will play the charismatic character Kang Hyung Jun, who lives with painful memories. He will be able to make the character very attractive.”

Yoo has shown off a mature look in such drama series as Arang and the Magistrate, Operation Proposal, and Warrior Baek Dong Soo, and the film Blind, getting away from a young, boyish look.

Missing You is a melodrama about a man and a woman who live with painful memories about their first love. The series will start airing on November.
