Boyfriend top the charts with “Janus”

Boyfriend recently topped the charts with their new album, Janus.
On November 16, the Hanteo Chart reported that Boyfriend’s new album, released on November 14, topped its real-time chart and daily chart.
This achievement of Boyfriend is especially attracting a lot of attention because several boy groups, including B1A4 and Block B, also recently came out with new materials.
Boyfriend’s new song, “Janus,” is characterized by an emotive piano sound, a lively bass rhythm, and the members’ mature voices. The song is about a man who tries to let his girlfriend go happily, hiding his sad feelings.
Boyfriend’s agency says, “Boyfriend’s new album, Janus, topped the charts even if it was released at brick-and-mortar stores later than the originally scheduled date as all CDs had to be discarded. We appreciate the fans who have waited for it.”
