2NE1 meets over 200,000 people during their first global tour

Girl group 2NE1 will meet over 200,000 people in total during their first global tour.
The group started the first leg of their global tour in July with a concert in Seoul. The group has met over 140,000 people so far and showed off their power in the concert industry. Over 14,000 people attended their concerts in New Jersey on August 17 and in LA on August 24. Then over 120,000 people attended their Japanese concert. 2NE1 ranked twenty-ninth on the Billboard concert chart Current Box Score for the first time as a Korean girl group.
The group will hold more concerts in Taiwan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia. As a result, the group will hold concerts in eleven cities over seven countries with over 200,000 people.
Travis Payne, who was a choreographer for Michael Jackson, directed the group’s first global tour. Divinity Roxx, who was the leader of Beyonce’s tour band, will attend the concerts with his session band.
Fashion designer Jeremy Scott also designed costumes for the group to help their global tour. The last concert of the tour will be held in Malaysia on December 8.
