Yoon Du Jun, a member of B2ST and an actor, recently confessed, “It was hard to shoot a movie with many actors who were older and more experienced than I was.”
On the afternoon of November 19, a press conference for the comedy film, Marrying the Mafia V (directed by Jung Yong Gi, produced by Taewon Entertainment), was held at the New Millennium Hall in Konkuk University in Hwayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul.
Yoon Du Jun plays the character Jang Young Min, the eldest grandson of the Three J family and the son of Jang In Tae (played by Yoo Dong Geun). It is his debut on theatre screen. About the shooting, he said, “Honestly, it was really hard to shoot with actors who were older and more experienced than I was.
“I’ve watched all the series of Marrying the Mafia as audience. I grew up as I watched them on theater screens or through videos, but it’s such an honor to actually be a part of it. I think it has become a wonderful, unforgettable memory in my life.”
Marrying the Mafia V is the fifth series of Marrying the Mafia. The story goes as the Three J, In Tae (played by Yoo Dong Geun), Seok Tae (played by Sung Dong Il), and Kyung Tae (played by Park Sang Wook), who tried to get an elite son-in-law ten years earlier, are now trying to kick out their current son-on-law (played by Jung Joon Ho) from their family. Their plot is serious, but it is carried out in a rather comical way. Jung Yong Gi who worked on Marrying the Mafia II and III directed the film and the cast includes Kim Min Jung, Park Geun Hyung, Yoon Du Jun, Hwang Gwang Hee, Son Na Eun, and Wang Seok Hyun. The movie will open on December 19.
