Leeteuk recently released a picture of Siwon drunk.
On September 13, Leeteuk uploaded a picture of Siwon on his Twitter account with the comment, “Everyone is outside of Korea, except for me and Siwon, so we had a beer together. I had some coke. Siwon’s handsome even when he’s drunk. I took this when he was dozing off. I met him at midnight, but he was still looking great. I’ll call you Statue of David, Siwon.”
In the picture, Siwon is closing his eyes. He’s showing off his well-defined features even in the dark. His sharp nose is especially eye-catching. He looks just like Statue of David.

Goo Hye Sun donates all profits from her solo exhibition to leukaemia patients

Actress Goo Hye Sun recently announced that she will donate all profits from her solo exhibition to leukaemia patients.
Opening her solo exhibition at the Gallery Seven of the Hangaram Art Museum of the Seoul Arts Center from September 18 to 24, Goo is planning to donate all profits from the sales of her catalogs and works of art to leukaemia patients.
Participating in a fund-raising campaign to cure a four-year-old leukaemia patient, who came to Korea from Mongolia to cure his disease, Goo is planning to provide money to run sterile cars for low-income leukaemia patients.
Some sterile cars were donated to leukaemia patients, but they couldn’t ride them because there wasn’t enough money to run them. At this, Goo said she would provide money for it.
Goo says, “I wish the sterile cars can take leukaemia patients to everywhere, giving them hope.”
Opening her first solo exhibition, Tango, in 2009 along with the publication of her first novel Tango, she opens her second solo exhibition, Afterimage, this year. Goo will present 120 pieces of art work at this exhibition.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon will soon release his new solo EP.
On September 14, G-Dragon announced the day his new EP comes out on YG Entertainment’s official Blog, YG Life.
G-Dragon will spend some time with his fans before his new EP gets released. On September 14 at 11:30 p .m., he will spend some time with his fans on Naver Music and release his new EP at midnight.
G-Dragon has recently decided to voluntarily rate his new EP, “One of a Kind,” restricted. G-Dragon is the first idol singer to release a R-rated EP.
The lead track of this EP is “Crayon.” Its a compound word of Crazy and Jiyoung (G-Dragon’s real name). It means crazy on and Jiyoung who is crazy about music.
Under the concept of Let’s Go Crazy, G-dragon’s new EP contains songs that are more intense than his previous ones. Having worked in collaboration with many YG artists so far, G-Dragon worked with such musicians as Kim Yoon Ah, Gonzo, and Nell’s Kim Jong Wan for this album.
G-Dragon will perform his new songs for the first time on SBS TV’s Inkigayo on September 16. In the September 9 episode of the show, a video of G-Dragon announcing the release of his new material in an intelligent, chic look was shown. He will perform “Crayon” and One Of A Kind” live in the episode of Inkigayo, which will air on September 16.

Psy Remains at No. 1 on Social 50 Chart, Linkin Park’s ‘Echo’-Fueled Jump

Linkin Park’s new Facebook-personalized video for “Lost in the Echo” fuels the band’s big jump on the Billboard Social 50 chart this week. The act rises 23-16 on the tally, thanks to social interaction caused by the clip. In the video, photos from viewers’ Facebook profiles are incorporated into scenes, such as an early shot of pictures in a briefcase. A standard clip was also produced, sans Facebook capabilities.

The Social 50 chart ranks the most popular artists on YouTube, Vevo, Facebook, Twitter and MySpace, using a formula that blends weekly additions of friends/fans/followers along with weekly artist page views and weekly song plays.

When watching the “Lost In the Echo” video via a microsite, fans are prompted to login using Facebook-connect in order to personalize their viewing experience. The application then pulls a random assortment of pictures from the viewer’s Facebook photo gallery and places them in the video. Having the band members and characters in the video interact with physical photographs viewing your likeness is interesting, but since the pictures are chosen at random the attempt can often lead to unexpected and sometimes hilarious pairings. (Like a Linkin Park member interacting with a picture of your cat, for example.)

Twitter and Facebook sharing buttons found at the bottom of the microsite’s web page encouraged viewers to share which led to an increase in weekly follower acquisition. Linkin Park had a 10% increase in overall fan base acquisition — made possible by the addition of 27,000 fans on MySpace, 116,000 new Facebook likes and 27,000 new Twitter followers.

Still dancing like it’s nobody’s business in the No. 1 spot is Psy, who maintains his position with a 14% increase in overall fan acquisition despite a weekly decline in the overall plays to his videos on his official YouTube channel (down 19%). Psy — of “Gangnam Style” fame — continued to make the promotional rounds in the United States, appearing on VH1′s “Morning Buzz” and performing his now-famous dance with hosts Carrie Keagan and Jason Dundas. Furthermore, the lists of celebrities sharing the video increases with the addition of Britney Spears who shared the video to her Facebook page and Vanessa Hudgens who posted it to her web site.

Also moving up on the tally is Flo Rida, who climbs 33-30 as “Whistle’s” popularity continues to sound, rising 2-1 to reclaim its spot atop the Billboard Hot 100. Christina Grimmie re-enters at No. 41 after releasing several new videos to her YouTube channel, including a piano-based cover of David Guetta’s “Titanium” that has earned over 1.2 million views to date since its Aug. 24 debut. Michael Jackson also re-enters at No. 40, as an awareness-driving campaign centered around the 20th anniversary of the album “Bad” occurred during the charting week.

For the remainder of the top 10 leader bracket, Taylor Swift continues to shuffle (3-2) around One Direction (2-3) while Rihanna climbs (6-4) as does Katy Perry (7-5). Those moves, in turn, force Justin Bieber to bump down (5-6). Skrillex ascends (8-7) as does Jennifer Lopez (11-8) and Adele (12-9), leaving Pitbull to anchor at No. 10 for another week.

Park Si Hoo will appear in a large-scale music video

Actor Park Si Hoo will appear in a large-scale music video, in which two billion won is invested.
Park flies to Thailand on September 15 to shoot a music video, “Boy.” This music video will be shot in an action drama format with a story about a man who is in conflict with his father and stepbrother. It will also include a love story.
In this music video, a song sung by Park will be inserted. This 30-minute music video will be released as a DVD with some behind-the-scenes stories of the shooting in all Asian countries.
Park is planning to appeal to his female fans with a manly yet boyish look through action and romance scenes in the video.
Park says, “You’ll be able to see the exotic scenery of Thailand, romance, and action scenes in this music video. I wish I can show you different sides of me through this music video. Please look forward to it.”
Park’s music video will be directed by Chang, who made music videos for Naul, Big Mama, MC Mong, Jang Woo Hyuk, Clazziquai, Gummy, and SG Wannabe, and directed the film Death Bell.

On September 13, they’ve performed “Poison” on Mnet’s “M! Countdown” and also released their music video. They became the center of attention for wearing form-fitting hot pants, which revealed their slimmer legs and also for their sexier faces.
Their “spreading legs” dance received the most attention compared to their outfits, make up, and music. The concept of the song is of beautiful spies and the dances extrapolated from the concept to create a choreography emphasizing strong and sexy femme fatale look. Secret’s representative ba-gel (baby face, glamorous body) and leader, Jeon Hyo Sung is drawing attention performing the dance because it emphasizes her assets. However, there are viewers who think the dance crossed the line because of their outfit choice and became borderline embarrassing.
Some netizens who watched their dance commented, “It’s embarrassing that they’ve emphasized their hips too much,” “It doesn’t look good because their pants are very short,” “It would be much better if they change their choreography,” “Are girl groups in a competition right now?” On the other hand, they received positive comments as well. “They’re very sexy. SNSD releases ‘Oh!’ PV in Japanese

SNSD fans, are you ready to shout ‘Oh!’ once more with your favorite girl group?
On September 14th at 8:00 AM KST, the nine member girl group released the PV for the ‘A’ song of their 5th Japanese single, Oh!. Up until a few days ago, the name of the single was untitled and the girls even released a surprise PV in the form of their ‘B’ track of the single, ALL MY LOVE IS FOR YOU.
Oh! was released previously in Korea in 2010 and was remade for Japanese fans. A new set and storyline, the girls have transformed to cute cheerleaders in love to sexy and confident cheerleaders.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun Was Frustrated About Not Appearing on Entertainment Programs

Super Junior members Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk, and Siwon appeared on MBC show “Golden Fishery Radio Star” on September 12. Super Junior member Kyuhyun is a host on the show along with Kim Gu Ra, Yoon Jong Shin, and Kim Kook Jin.
On the show, Super Junior member Kyuhyun said: “Even though other members have gone frequently on entertainment programs, just because of the reason that I am a vocal member, I have not even been given one chance. Because I’m the kind of person who pays attention, I held down my frustration inside.”
Super Junior leader Leeteuk explained: “Kyuhyun and Ryeowook are really fun. But, our entertainment company’s fear is that if the image of a ballad singer gets changed into a fun image, then listeners cannot become immersed in the ballad.”

FT Island’s Lee Jae Jin breaks up with his girlfriend

FT Island’s Lee Jae Jin has confessed his recent breakup with his girlfriend.

In a recent shooting for KBS 2’s Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook, the band made an appearance and revealed the title track of its fourth official album, Five Treasure Box with a short interview afterwards.

When the host Yoo Hee Yeol asked, “Who has recently broke up with his lover?” all members pointed at Lee Jae Jin. Lee explained, “She told me that she was not happy, so I had to let her go.”

The emcee asked another question: “Which one of you broke up drawing much sympathy?” Choi Jong Hun was brought up above surface. He said, “After celebrating my ex-girlfriend’s birthday, she stopped contacting me. She hasn’t called me since.”

On the first episode of new Mnet show “Danny From LA,” Danny Im visits the girls of 2NE1, CL, Sandara, Minzy, and Bom on the set of their photo shoot for fashion designer Jeremy Scott.
Mnet show “Danny From LA” released a video of Danny Im’s day with 2NE1 where he talks with the 2NE1 members on set, interviews Jeremy Scott, and takes the girls out for Korean BBQ. The video opens with 2NE1 members smiling into the camera, and CL saying, “Congratulations on your new show! Check out “Danny From LA!”"
The girls mention that they want to eat meat, and CL jokes in the van on the way to the restaurant that Danny should buy. Danny Im mentions he had invited Jeremy Scott to come eat dinner with 2NE1 but found out Jeremy Scott is a vegetarian. They chat over dinner, and the video closes with Danny saying he misses his YG Family.

A wax figure of Song Seung Hun will enter Madame Tussauds

Actor Song Seung Hun will be immortalized as a life sized wax figure.
On September 13, the Madame Tussauds in Busan said that they will make a wax figure of Song and display it starting in December. They recently measured his body size and took pictures of him standing on a turn table from various angles.
They measure over five hundred items and make a wax figure using a 200-year-old traditional method based on his measurements.
A spokesperson for the museum says, “It takes a lot of research and study to choose someone to make into a wax figure. Popularity, interest, and respect are a prerequisite for choosing a subject. Song is good enough to be chosen as the first wax figure by the Madame Tussauds in Busan. We expect that his wax figure will become very popular among his international fans.”
Madame Tussauds is the biggest 100-year-old wax museum in the world, with branches in many countries, including, the United States, United Kingdom, Thailand, China, and Korea.
The Madame Tussauds in Busan displays seventeen wax figures of world wide celebrities, including, Bae Yong Jun, Lady GaGa, Johnny Depp, Spider Man, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Audrey Hepburn, and Jackie Chan.

CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin: “My Daughter Seo Young will start airing on my birthday”

CNBLUE’s Lee Jung Shin recently talked how he feels about appearing on KBS’s new weekend series My Daughter Seo Young.
On September 13, Lee said, “The first episode of the series will air on my birthday. I think the series will be the biggest birthday present.”
Lee plays the role of a high-handed student named Kang Sung Jae. He gets interested in studying when his private tutor Seo Young (played by Lee Bo Young) praises him.
Lee is currently shooting the series and performing abroad as a member of CNBLUE. He arrived in Korea two hours before the press conference was held on September 11.
He said, “I rearranged my schedules so that I don’t cause troubles for shooting the series. I got to appear on the series that I really wanted to so I will do my best not to case any troubles.”
A spokesperson for the series says, “Lee is very serious and passionate on the set while shooting the series.”
The series is a family drama about a father and a daughter, who disowns her father. The first episode will air on September 15 at 7:55 p.m.

Wonder Girls will release their English album soon

Girl group Wonder Girls plan to invade the pop market in the United States once again.
American authoritative music chart and magazine Billboard reported on the Wonder Girls on September 12 with the title, “Wonder Girls say English album will come out very soon.”
It says, “They first hit the scene in 2009 with an English-language version of their Korean mega hit “Nobody.” While a title and date are still undecided, the group is more than aware of how hungry fans are for this album.”
According to the Billboard, the Wonder Girls are working with confirmed producers including J.R. Rotem (“SOS” Rihanna, “Fly” Nicki Minaj & Rihanna) and producers from their agency JYP Entertainment. As well, top-notch songwriters like Chrystal Nicole (who wrote “Like Money” and their track “DJ Is Mine”), Wynter Gordon, Claude Kelly, Nick Jonas are all on-board.
The Billboard also talked about their song “Like Money,” in which pop star Akon was featured. The song, which is an electric pop song, ranked high on the radio charts.
The group have previously held special promotions through the TV show Wonder Girls at the Apollo on MTV. The Wonder Girls were also nominated at the ‘Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards’ in March and drew a lot of attention from their teenage fans.

FT Island’s Lee Jae Jin recently explained why he had broken up with his ex-girlfriend.
In the episode of Yoo Hee Yul’s Sketchbook on KBS2 that aired on September 11, FT Island gave a performance of a new song from their fifth album, Five Treasure Box.
Emcee Yoo Hee Yul said, “I see music by FT Island has grown so much. I think that implies you guys have experienced falling in love and breaking up.”
The emcee asked, “Which member recently experienced a breakup?” All the members pointed Lee Jae Jin. Lee explained, “My ex-girlfriend said that she was not happy, so I let her go.”
Next, Choi Jong Hoon was selected as the one who experienced the most heartbreaking breakup. Choi said, “My ex-girlfriend started avoiding me just after her birthday party. Since then, I haven’t been able to get in touch with her.”

In the next episode of KBS Joy’s B1A4′s Hello Baby, B1A4 members test themselves to see whether or not they’re qualified as good fathers. For babies who can be exposed to such risky things as cars, food, and strangers, the members test themselves to see how much they’re conscious of safety issues.
While they are getting a lesson about types of food that are dangerous for children, Jinyoung said, “I once swallowed a large nail when I was young.”
When Jinyoung was still very young that he was unconscious of dangerous things, he ate a large nail. However, it didn’t become a big accident because his mother found that out right away and took it out of his mouth.
Because of this, Jinyoung emphasized the importance of teaching children things they must not eat.
The episode will air on September 14 at 7:10 p.m. on KBS Joy.

Mnet show “Danny from LA” premiered on September 13, and will feature hosts Danny Im and Kevin Shea giving their insiders’ perspective on Asia pop culture, entertainment and music. The show will also be featuring a guest reporter Eunice Kiss, DJ IAMMEDIC member Danny Park, and stars such as girl group 2NE1 and YTF members Ryan Higa, Victor Kim, and Andrew Garcia.

Kara beats T-ara and ranks at the top of M Countdown

Girl group Kara (composed of Park Gyuri, Nicole, Han Seung Yeon, Goo Hara, Kang Jiyoung) topped the rankings in M Countdown.

On September 13, M.net’s M Countdown ran a live broadcast at CJ E&M Center in Sangam-dong, Seoul. For the second week of September, Kara ranked first beating T-ara’s “Sexy Love.”

Due to another schedule, Kara could not share the moment they were named at the top of the chart.

On the 22 of August, the group held a showcase to celebrate the release of its fifth EP and revealed the songs, announcing its official comeback to domestic market after a year. The group’s title track “Pandora” is a dance song based on strong beat and Sweetune participated in composing it.

MBLAQ’s G.O’s Explains About His Not Quite 20 Room House

It’s been revealed that MBLAQ’s G.O will discuss about his family background and his family’s affluence.
His story will be covered on MBC’s variety/reality show “Idol Manager.” For this episode, friends of MBLAQ have been invited to come visit their dorm rooms and have a great time.
During the filming, G.O’s friends were asked whether the news was true about G.O’s 20-room house and if they have visited his place. His friends mentioned it wasn’t exaggerated that much.
G.O explained, “It doesn’t have 20 rooms, but it’s a 3 story house. There are 5 rooms on the 1st floor, but we don’t use the 1st floor because the house is big. We rent it out.”

Lee Min-ho say’s”Thank You, Hallyu fans”

Midnight snacks for staff and donations in his name
Hallyu STAR Lee Min-ho is being assisted by his fans. They visit the shooting site and make donations in his name.
Chinese, Japanese and other foreign fans visit Korea to support Lee Min-ho while he’s making the drama “Faith” at least once or even thrice a month. They visit the filming sets nearby Seoul and take care of the midnight snacks for the 100 or so staff and actors. They set up buffets, barbeques and other specialties on one side of the set to treat all of them.
Fans come from Turkey and the States as well. They deliver things in packages too. “Faith” production crew says, “We received a lot of fans and mini fans during the summer. The snacks they give to us who don’t have regular eating schedules are very handy. We are getting all this thanks to Lee Min-ho so we are very grateful”.
Other things like donations are also taking place. Recently some Chinese fans donated 15.4 million won to UNICEF under Lee Min-ho‘s name. Previously, fans from over 17 countries including Korea, China, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, Peru and others, donated 15 tons of rice to underfed children under Lee Min-ho‘s name. His agency revealed, “We appreciate the love and support from all the fans”.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun Thought He Was Paralyzed after Car Accident

On September 12, Super Junior members Siwon, Leeteuk, Shindong, and Eunhyuk guest appeared on MBC “Radio Star” and talked about their 2007 car accident.
Siwon first said, “Kyuhyun almost died from the crash. The doctor said we had very little hope. We were too young to understand death at that age, but it gave us new perspective.”
Leeteuk continued, “We were in our van after finishing our radio show. But on the Olympic Highway, our van tilted to the side several times and then it just flipped over. I grabbed the chair but because of the car’s speed, I crashed the side of my face on the window and just passed out right away.”
“When I opened my eyes, our manager was on his knees, screaming he would jump off the bridge and kill himself. I looked for the rest of the members and Eunhyuk and Shindong said they were OK. But I couldn’t find Kyuhyun,” Leeteuk said.
Eunhyuk added, “Kyuhyun was 20-30 meters away from the van. His clothes were all ripped off and he was unconscious. We woke him up but he just kept saying stuff we couldn’t understand. So we asked people on the side to call the ambulance.”
“I just blanked out right at the moment. When I woke up, I was lying on the road. It felt like by lower body was paralyzed. That’s when I felt like I was going to die soon, so I started to pray. Eunhyuk also ran to me and started praying together. I thought I was on my knees, but I wasn’t,” Kyuhyun later explained, “When I woke up, I was already in the hospital bed. They said I’ve been hospitalized for four days. So I rested for 4 to 5 months.”

The woman interviewed in the article stated, “Seungri has a tendency to choke the girl while having sex.”
The two photos leaked by the magazine shows a man who looks strikingly similar to Seungri, although it hasn’t been confirmed if it is indeed the star singer himself. The photos are quickly spreading online, with netizens and the press sharing the story through SNS channels. YG Entertainment has not addressed the issue yet.

The youngest member of Super Junior will be appearing in his own solo photoshoot for the October issue of magazine NYLON Korea.
Earlier this month, NYLON Korea had begun teasing for Kyuhyun’s appearance by first posting an old promotional picture (from SM The Ballad promotions) before revealing a behind-the-scenes photo of Kyuhyun on the set of the photoshoot. On September 12th, the magazine gave fans the first preview of Kyuhyun, who dressed up as a rocker. His hair is styled messily and he wears a collar necklace and bracelets with his nails painted black.

Regarding the exclusive contract between JYJ and SM Entertainment, the court has postponed delivering its final judgment on JYJ’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment.
On September 13, the 47th Civil Court of the Seoul Central District Court announced that it has postponed delivering its final judgment on JYJ’s lawsuit against SM Entertainment about invalidity of JYJ’s exclusive contract with SM. The court was supposed to deliver its final judgment on September 13 at 10:00 a.m., but the justice department advised going to arbitration one more time.
JYJ’s attorney reported, “The justice department advised going to arbitration again. There’s considerable disagreement between the two parties, but the justice department thinks they can reach agreement. Spokespersons for two parties will soon meet again for this.”
SM Entertainment and JYJ have tried to reach agreement since May last year by going to arbitration several times. However, they couldn’t reach agreement, and the case was referred to the court.
They both delivered their opinions last May, but they stood at very different standpoints and referred the case to the court. However, the justice department again advised going to arbitration.
In 2009, JYJ filed for an injunction against SM Entertainment regarding invalidity of their exclusive contract with SM. As the court granted it, SM Entertainment asked the court to affirm validity of the exclusive contract and sued JYJ for damages in April, 2010.
JYJ also filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment to confirm invalidity of the contract, and the court turned down SM’s lawsuit against JYJ in February last year.
The court’s decision clarified that the exclusive contract between JYJ and SM is invalid.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun recently dropped tears, thinking of the past when he wasn’t in the spotlight despite the fact that he is a vocalist in the group.

Super Junior’s Leeteuk talks about the car accident the group got into

Super Junior’s Leeteuk recently talked about the frightening situation when he and other members of the group got into a car accident.
In the episode of MBC TV’s Golden Fishery – Radio Star, which aired on September 12, Leeteuk, Shindong, Eunhyuk, and Siwon made a guest appearance.
Regarding the car accident Super Junior members got into in 2007, Leeteuk said, “Our car skidded on the Olympic Bridge twice and completely turned over. After a moment, I recovered my senses and looked for Kyuhyun, but I couldn’t find him.”
Eunhyuk said, “We found Kyuhyun unconscious with all of his clothes torn about 20 to 30 meters off the car. There were some reporters at the place, but they were only busy covering the accident rather than rescuing us.” Fortunately, a former manager of Shinhwa spotted them and called an ambulance.
Kyuhyun said, “I felt like my upper body didn’t exist. I thought I would die, so at the moment, I thought about things that I did wrong in the past.”

Super Junior’s Leeteuk leaves Star King and Kang Shim Jang

Super Junior’s Leeteuk will leave SBS TV’s Star King and Kang Shim Jang as he joins the army.
On September 13, Ahn Bum Jin, the producer of Star King, reported, “As far as I know, Leeteuk will join the army at the end of October. The last shooting in September will be conducted on September 17, but it might not be the last shooting for Leeteuk. The last day for Leeteuk will be decided according to the exact date he joins the army.”
Park Sang Hyuk, the producer of Kang Shim Jang, also said, “We don’t know when the last shooting for Leeteuk will be conducted yet. It depends on when he joins the army. We haven’t decided who will replace him, either.”
Leeteuk is currently appearing on Star King and Kang Shim Jang as a host and a regular guest. He left MBC TV’s We Got Married on September 8.

On September 13, Japanese weekly Friday released a picture of Seungri sleeping naked in his bed. The media outlet also reported that a girl said that she spent the night with him.

Big Bang’s G-Dragon recently released a preview for his new song “Light It Up.”
