Ha Ji Won shows a passion for singing

Actress Ha Ji Won reveals her singing ability on an episode of Thank You in which she travels with singer Lee Moon Se and the classical music director and conductor Seo Hee Tae. The show will be broadcast on SBS on April 26.

In the program, Ha Ji Won shows up at the first meeting point on her bicycle. For this trip, she puts aside her actress status and shows her down-to-earth side. It one point, she eagerly takes part in a competition to see who can sing Lee Moon Se’s songs the best. Her opponents are MC Cha In Pyo and conductor Seo Hee Tae. Ha chose to sing “Forever With You,” and all listeners were touched. The episode also includes such other hits by Lee Moon Se as “A Girl” and “Old Love.”

Just as friends talk about this and that when they travel together, the cast of Thank You also share stories during the trip. Thank You airs every Friday at 11:20 p.m.

2PM Reveals Comeback Album Information

After a long 2 year hiatus, 2PM is in the midst of a long-awaited comeback. They just revealed the latest information and track listing for their forthcoming album.

With a total of 12 tracks, the new album is entitled “Grown.” According to the track listing, the members were heavily involved in the process by contributing to the lyrics and production.

2PM recently completed their “Legend of 2PM in Tokyo Dome” concert, where they played to an audience of approximately 110,000 people in 2 nights. The concert was a huge event which lasted almost 4 hours and included a massive set list of nearly 40 songs. The entire night was an emotional experience for both fans and the members of 2PM.

On the heels of such a successful concert, fans are looking forward to the release of the group’s 1st Korean album since 2011. The group’s comeback show will be broadcast on May 11th on MBC and will show 2PM as they endeavor to display a more mature vibe as performers and artists.

Whether you listen to their albums in Korean or Japanese or even both languages, there is no doubt that all 2PM fans over the globe are excited to see the group doing so well and enjoying such a successful comeback. We wish them the best of luck with their new album.

Lee Min-Ho Concert in Malaysia 2013

Jazzy Group will be bringing Lee Min-Ho to Malaysia, to hold his world live concert at Kenanga Wholesale City (KWC Level 15) on the 29^th June 2013, at 7.00 p.m. Tickets will be available starting 26April 2013 (Friday) at 11a.m. VVIP zone tickets only can be purchased at Jazzy group office.

Lee Min-Ho was born in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, South Korea on June 22, 1987. In the 2nd year of his high school career, Lee Min-Ho turned his attention to acting. By the time Lee Min-Ho reached senior year in high school, he joined Starhaus Entertainment with the help of an acquaintance. After going through training, Min-Ho started auditioning for roles and landed smaller roles in several television dramas. His major breakthrough came with Min-ho landing the lead role in the KBS2 drama “Boys Over Flowers” as Ku Jun-pyo. The television series became immensely popular and regularly received ratings of over 30% in South Korea. Lee Min-Ho is currently majoring in Film & Art at Konkuk University.

In 2011 Lee Min-Ho starred in popular drama series “City Hunter.” The drama was based off a Japanese manga by Tsukasa Hojo.

With the release of Lee Min Ho’s special album, he will be embarking on a live world tour concert series to 10 countries including Korea, Beijing, Taipei, Bangkok, Osaka, Tokyo, Malaysia, Shanghai, Myanmar and Hong Kong. The tour will last until July and each concert will be in the hybrid format of a talk show. However, the purpose of this album is to give his thanks to supportive fans. Lee Min-Ho’s domestic and international fans have been asking for this album and Lee Min-Ho put two years of time and effort into this album in return. Moreover, a part of the profit made from this album’s sales will be donated to charitable organizations helping people in need. Up to now, Lee Min-Ho has prepared a song for every fan meet he’s hosted but never released the song officially or performed elsewhere.

TVXQ will be the first Korean singers to perform at Nissan Stadium

On April 30, TVXQ’s agency, SM entertainment reported that the duo will hold a concert for two days (August 17 and 18) at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, Japan. This concert will be the final performance of TVXQ’s Live Tour 2013 Time and the first concert at which foreign singers perform at the stadium.

Nissan Stadium is a very large stadium that can accommodate up to approximately 75,000 people, and about 150,000 people are expected to attend during the two days of the concert. Singers who have performed at the stadium include such legendary Japanese singers as X Japan, L’Arc-en-Ciel, SMAP, and EXILE. A stadium concert is regarded as a next step up from an arena (or “dome”) concert, and only singers who rise to the top can give a concert at stadiums in Japan. TVXQ’s final performance at the stadium proves popularity in Japan.

It is expected that TVXQ will draw a total of about 850,000 spectators durintg the big-five dome tour and the final stadium concert. If so, TVXQ will have the record for drawing the highest number of attendees. The Japanese press, including Sankei Sports, have given major coverage of the news in such words as “splendid achievement” and “skyrocketing popularity.”

The concert tour began on the 27th for three days at the Saitama Super Arena (in stadium mode) amid 100,000 fans’ tremendous enthusiasm, and the concert will be hold at the Sapporo Dome on May 5; at Nagoya Dome from May 10 to May 12^; at Fukuoka Yahoo Japan Dome on May 25 and 26; at Osaka Kyocera Dome on June 5, 6, 8, and 9; at Tokyo Dome from June 15 to 17; and finally the last concerts on August 17 and 18 at Nissan Stadium.

-Also, TVXQ are planning to release a new Japanese single, titled “Ocean,” on June 12.

Park Shin Hye says, “Director Kim Ji Woon has an easy charm.”

Actress Park Shin Hye says that she has fallen in love with director Kim Ji Woon’s charm. On the afternoon of April 29, Park Shin Hye reported that she became interested in romantic comedy while she shot the film One Perfect Day in at Seoul’s Youngdeungpo CGV Starium. Park said, “I was quite nervous because the director was so charismatic that my hands sweated. I couldn’t say even a word to him. However, I came to know that he has an easy charm. I was so excited while shooting the film. Park Soo Jin, who appears in the film with me, also fell in love with him for the same reason.”

Park told about Yoon Kye Sang, who was her partner in the film. “I first met him at the Busan International Film Festival last year. At that time, I was fond of watching the drama series Crazy For You, and Yoon Kye Sang was so attractive just as I had imagined while watching his acting in the drama.”

One Perfect Day is a short film that is part of the project “Your Best Way To Nature” in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of Kolon Sports. In the film, Woon-chul (played by Yoon Kye Sang), who is poor at dating, approaches to his lover at first sight, Eun-hee (played by Park Shin Hye), carefully. The film will be released on the Internet on April 30.

Hyun Bin’s comeback movie is to be Yeongnin (The King’s Wrath)

Actor Hyun Bin has chosen The King’s Wrath (directed by Lee Jae Gyu, Choicecut Pictures) as his first movie after being discharged from the military.

Yeongnin (The King’s Wrath) is a historical drama dealing with the period of political chaos during the conflict between the Old Learning (Noron) and the Young Learning (Soron) in the Joseon Dynasty.

There have been many TV series and movies dealing with the life of King Jeongjo. However, Hyun Bin is going to differentiate his character from the earlier portrayals, giving it a tough and charismatic personality. The movie is highly anticipated because it is the first time for Hyun Bin to attempt acting in a period piece.

The meaning of title, Yeongnin, implies “rubbing the scales on the dragon’s neck the wrong way,” which stands for the king’s wrath. It implicitly shows Jeonjo’s determination not to allow his royal authority to be undermined in the conflict between the and the Young Learning.

The director, Lee Jae Gye, who directed such TV series as Damo, Beethoven Virus, and The King Two hearts, is making his debut as a movie director.

Goo Hara and Park Bo Young appear in the same movie

According an April 30 announcment by an official of the movie industry, Goo Hara, a member of KARA, and Park Bo Young, who appeared in Werewolf Boy, have decided to accept roles in a new movie Blood Boiling Youth.

Goo acted in the SBS drama series City Hunter and the Japanese semi-documentary Urakara,but this is the first time for her to act in a Korean movie. Looking for her next movie, Park accepted her role after reading the screenplay of the new movie. She will play a female school gangster, which a dramatically different image from the nice woman she is known for.

However, there are some obstacles for the two beauties appearing on the same screen. Goo wants to perform, but her group, KARA, need to reschedule their activities to accommodate her. Park will confirm her appearance when the investment plan for the movie is set.

Suzy works hard in The Gu Family Book despite heavy “rain” for four hours

On April 26, the producer of The Goo Family Book, which airs on MBC, revealed a picture in which Suzy works hard at acting anguished while getting drenched in heavy artificial rain. In the picture, Suzy is seen with a sorrowful look on her face when her character gets a shock after seeing Lee Seung Gi transformed into a half-human-half-beast in the sixth episode. Fans of the show are wondering how the fateful relationship between the characters played by Suzy and Lee Seung Gi will proceed.

The production crew says the cast and crew have been on location in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do. A large sprinkler truck was called in to create realistic severe rain.. Despite the difficult circumstances, Bae Suzy managed to portray the mixed emotions of her character without missing a line and got the OK sign from the director.

The director, Park Tae Young, says: “Suzy never complained or even grimaced despite being exposed to a heavy downpour for four hours. Her passion is great encouragement to us. The scene will be broadcast on the 29th of April.
