You know a video just got viral when Girls’ Generation starts copying it.
On September 1, they held a “Girls’ Generation LOOK Concert’ in junction with Yakult Korea at the Olympic Park Woori Finance Art Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul. 1,000 lucky customers had the chance to attend the concert.
At the concert, Girls’ Generation showed a different charm from their usual image by copying the horse dance and it caught the attention of the audience. Their cute facial expressions and aegyo greatly contrasted to the original.
100 attendees were chosen through a lottery system to attend a fan signing event right before the concert. Girls’ Generation also performed their latest hits like “The Boys,” “Gee,” “Mr. Taxi.” Comedian Byun Ki Soo MC’d the event and held a special OX (Yes and No) corner for the fans.
One of the questions asked which singer Girls’ Generation envy and Sooyoung responded that it’s Psy. At the audience’ request, Sunny, Seohyun, Sooyoung, Hyoyeon and Yuri immediately got up and start creating their versions of the horse dance.
