Psy works with Lee Seung Gi for Zipel as a model

Singer Psy, who is currently popular all over the world with “Gangnam Style,” has recently been selected as Zipel’s new face. He is now working with Lee Seung Gi, who has been working for Zipel as a model for four years.
On September 7, Samsung Electronics announced that it has selected Lee and Psy as this year’s models for Zipel, its kimchi fridge brand.
According to Samsung Electronics, Psy has been selected as Zipel’s new face because he has become highly popular with “Gangnam Style.” Lee has been working for the brand as a model for four years, receiving comments that he has greatly contributed to the sales of the product.
It’s not the first time for Lee and Psy working together. Psy composed and wrote “Because She’s My Girl,” Lee’s debut song in 2004. He also gave a few more songs to Lee.

A spokesperson for Samsung Electronics says, “Lee Seung Gi and Psy will arouse an echo in the advertisement industry. We’re expecting that they will contribute to the domestic kimchi fridge market and the making of the positive brand image of Zipel.”
A new TV commercial for the brand can be seen in September. According to reports, the commercial contains Lee and Psy’s witty, humorous look.
