On the episode of KBS2’s Gag Concert that aired on November 25, Lee Seung Gi appeared as Shin Bo Ra’s new boyfriend in a popular segment. The segment features couples’ heartbreaking breakups in a humorous way.
The all-round entertainer made some jokes that were shockingly unfunny―which is one of his trademarks and it’s always fine because he’s handsome―and he gave Shin Bo RA a big, generous hug. (Shin agrees that she’s always lucky with male guest.) On top of that, Lee expressed how delicious gimchi was―he could do it well as he has done it in a commercial―and he showed off his goofy, adorable charm, which makes female viewers swoon over. Lee has been very popular with his good-looking yet a bit silly, naïve onscreen character since he was doing KBS2’s Two Days And One Night.
Shin Bo Ra’s onscreen ex-boyfriend Song Joong Geun had to go up against Lee, so he said: “Recently, you appeared in SBS’s Running Man, right? Do you know there’s 2D1N’s ex-boss Na Young Seok in the audience today?” The A-lister, however, quipped: “That’s okay. He quipped the show when I quit.”
The singer and actor also serenaded his hits, including “Because You’re My Girl” and “Will You Marry Me” for Shin and the audience. The heartthrob is currently active as a singer with his new material.
