Actor Yoo Seung Ho, who recently completed MBC Wednesday-Thursday series Missing You, is getting ready to join the army. On January 18, a spokesperson for Yoo said, “Since he has finished the series, he will try to join the army as soon as possible. Of course, we don’t know exactly when this will take place, because the Ministry of National Defense and the Office of Military Manpower Administration are in charge of mandatory military service, but he wants to start his military service as soon as possible.”
According to the spokesperson, Yoo will complete the jobs that he has already become involved with and will have some time off with his family prior to entering the army.
The spokesperson also talked about Yoo’s superb performances. “We are thankful for all praise, but we think there are still many more projects to do. He will try harder to focus on his performances after completing his military service.”
Yoo played the role of a serial killer named Kang Hyung Joon in Missing You and received many favorable reviews. He debuted as a child actor but has transitioned into adult roles through the series.
