LED Apple holds successful Japanese concert even without releasing an album

LED Apple, composed of five members, are drawing a lot of attention in Japan without releasing any albums.
The group held their exclusive concert ‘K-pop Miracle Night 2012-LED Apple’ on September 13 with over 2,700 people in Tokyo.
It is rare for a group to hold an exclusive concert without releasing an album or holding any promotions. Four or five local media outlets also attended the concert to cover the group.
LED Apple sang eighteen songs, including “Time Is Up” and “Run To You.” Their energetic performances received an explosive response from the audience.
The group previously held their first Japanese concert on June 23 in Tokyo. Over 1,000 fans attended the concert, surprising the group and the entire crew.

The group will also hold their next concert in Osaka with over 1,200 fans.
A spokesperson for their agency, Starkim Entertainment, says, “We were surprised at the explosive response from Japan because we didn’t hold any local promotions. We think that the fans like tall and handsome members with their great performances and stage manner.”
“The group has offered to release local albums and to hold local concerts so we also wonder what will happen next to the group.”
LED Apple recently released their Korean EP Run To You and received many favorable reviews.
