Orange Caramel will release a single, Lipstick, in Japan.
On November 6, Avex, Orange Caramel’s agency in Japan, reported that Orange Caramel will release a new single, Lipstick, on December 12. “Lipstick” is the lead track of their first album released in Korea.
“Lipstick” is currently very popular in Korea. The group sings this cheerful song in dresses in vivid colors and retro styles. They’re soon releasing the song in Japan.
The second single of Orange Caramel also contains a remake version of a soundtrack of a popular Japanese animated film and “Milkshake,” a song produced by the popular composer Daishi Dance.
Debuting in Japan on September 5, Orange Caramel made a strong impression on Japanese people with a remake version of “Kind Devil,” a song of Candies, which was a big hit in Japan in 1977. They also released “Magic Girl” in Japanese.
Having appealed to music fans with unconventional outfits and cute lyrics of their songs, Orange Caramel will promote their new single all over Asia, starting in Japan.
Orange Caramel released “Magic Girl” in June, 2010, and appealed to many people with their distinctive performances. In only two years, they have entered the overseas market. Unlike other sexy K-pop girl groups, Orange Caramel are appealing to people with a cute, lively look.
