Park Si Hoo, who was recently accused of sexual assault, denies the latest report that he met the plaintiff with his attorney. On February 20, a spokesperson for Park said, “Some newspapers reported that Park Si Hoo met the plaintiff with his attorney, but it’s not true.” Some media sources reported earlier, “Park Si Hoo recently met plaintiff A, who has filed a suit against him. On the night in question, a friend of Park’s and Park’s attorney were with him.”
During their investigation, the police retrieved a surveillance tape from a camera installed in the parking lot of Park’s place. In the video, plaintiff A is being carried to Park’s place on someone else’s back, and she seems very drunk. The police have acquiered all tapes from surveillance cameras installed on the way from a bar where Park had been to Park’s place. Park was with plaintiff A and his friend B. The videos show the three of them getting out of the car and taking an elevator at the parking lot. Plaintiff A is on B’s back.
Park was recently accused of sexually assaulting the 22-year-old girl referred to here as “A.” She filed a suit against Park on February 15.
Regarding the accusation, Park said, “It’s true that I had a drink with A, but I’ve never forced her to have sexual intercourse with me. It’s true we just had a good time as a man and a woman, and I’ll prove it during the investigation.”
Park disobeyed a summons that he appear on February 19, saying that he needed to appoint an attorney, and the police again requested that he appear on February 24 at 10:00 a.m.
